Mindfulness is a powerful tool in understanding and improving our mental health and I think it is an important skill for anyone, and it particularly helped me navigating motherhood and reduced the amount of times I completely lost my sh*t!!
It is so much more than just meditation. In this session (no more than an hour) I will bust some myths, give you the lowdown, send you on your way with some homework, and no doubt we will have a giggle too.
It could help you be more present, manage anxious thoughts and help you re-find your identity.
